Minimum stay
- From April 1st to September 30th → 3 nights
- From October 1st to March 31st → 2 nights
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
- For cancellations made after this deadline, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 16:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
City Tax
The Municipality of Follina requires a city tax of €1 per person per night (up to a maximum of 5 nights).
- Children under 14, guests with disabilities, and work-related stays are exempt.
- The tax must be paid cash only at check-in.
Cleaning & Linen
- On request, additional cleaning and linen change can be arranged at €60 per service, available once per week.
- A final cleaning fee of 60 € is required per stay.
Children & Extra Bed
- A crib/extra bed for children aged 0–3 years (with linen included) is available at €10 per day.
Pets
- We love animals, but due to the delicacy of our materials and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate them.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- Guests may smoke only in the outdoor areas and garden.
Parking
- Private parking is available free of charge inside the property.
Electric Vehicle & Bike Charging
- Car charging is available by connecting your vehicle directly to the electrical network.
- Standard connection: 16 A, up to 8.3 kW, 230 V with a standard Schuko socket.
- E-bike charging is also available, with a dedicated storage area for bicycles.
- Payment for charging services is made on site.

- We speak Italian, English and German and will be happy to assist you in either language.
