It features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and independence for everyone. At the same time, you’ll share a fully equipped kitchen (equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, tableware and linens, drying rack, and an ironing board with iron) and a welcoming common space, perfect for enjoying meals or simply spending time together.
To make your stay even more relaxing, guests can enjoy a large private garden — a place of welcoming simplicity where you can unwind reading a book, practice yoga, or simply appreciate the silence of nature. The property also offers the convenience of private semi-covered parking inside the estate, secure and equipped with an electric vehicle charging station. Cyclists will find a dedicated storage area for bicycles, with e-bike charging available.

It is also fully equipped for guests with reduced mobility, ensuring accessibility without compromising on style and atmosphere. Like the other rooms, it offers refined comfort: motorised mosquito nets, individual climate control, hypoallergenic mattresses, 100% cotton sheets, and double pillows for every need.
